At Zerka, we want you to be fully satisfied with our desktop application and cloud services. Because we use Paddle as our Merchant of Record, your purchase is governed by the terms below.
1. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer an unconditional 14-day money-back guarantee for all initial purchases of Zerka Pro plans (Monthly and Yearly).
- If you are unsatisfied with the Service for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund of your initial payment.
- To be eligible, your refund request must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of the original transaction.
3. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK/EEA)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, United Kingdom, or European Economic Area, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. Our 14-day money-back guarantee aligns with and honors these statutory rights.
4. Renewals and Subsequent Payments
The 14-day money-back guarantee applies only to the initial purchase of a subscription.
- Recurring renewal payments (monthly or annual) are generally non-refundable.
- To avoid being charged for a renewal, you must cancel your subscription before the next billing date via your account settings or the link provided in your Paddle receipt.
5. How to Request a Refund
You may initiate a refund request through either Zerka or Paddle:
- Via Zerka Support: Email us at [email protected] with your order details and the email address used for the purchase.
- Via Paddle Directly:
- Use the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in your transaction confirmation email.
- Visit paddle.net and use their automated "Request Refund" tool.
6. Processing Time
Once a refund is approved by Zerka or Paddle, it will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage you to contact us or Paddle support before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank. Direct communication is the fastest way to resolve billing issues. Please note that initiating a chargeback may result in the immediate suspension of your Zerka account while the dispute is reviewed.
